Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities including receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and delivery
• Coordinate operations across two warehouses to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 to 20 employees
• Plan human resources based on seasonal fluctuations
• Drive continuous improvement projects and use KPIs to monitor results
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (SST) policies
• Manage administrative tasks, including performance reporting and budget monitoring

Requirements

• DEC or BAC in Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics supervision
• Proven experience in personnel management
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems
• Bilingualism in French and English (intermediate-advanced level)
