Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and daily operations of the warehouse
• Oversee material receipt, storage, shipping, and reporting in accordance with established procedures
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff, including selection, development, and evaluation of personnel
• Review the effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection
• Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient warehouse functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position

Preferred Qualifications

• English proficiency of at least 80%
• Experience managing large groups of people
• Knowledge of SAP
