Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure GMP/food safety compliance
• Plan and manage receiving, dock scheduling, picking, staging, and shipment of finished goods
• Own cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy
• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Monitor and publish KPIs such as inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, and fill rate
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• Partner with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to align priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivots, and charts
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of BRC, CFIA, HACCP/SQF, and GFSI standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• Experience leading audit readiness and CAPA closure
• Experience with CHEP/returnable management
