Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a site expert in Warehousing and Inventory Control
• Supervise the assigned inventory control team and day-to-day operations
• Manage high levels of inventory accuracy and ensure manufacturing schedules are met
• Maintain acceptable warehouse metrics in assigned areas
• Lead the identification and implementation of best practices across regions
• Build team capability through performance assessments, training, and employee development plans
• Hold the team accountable to Plexus Core Values and drive succession planning

Requirements

• High School diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of two years of related experience in warehousing or inventory control
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of related supervisory experience
• Sound understanding of inventory and material control processes
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement process improvement opportunities
