Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse personnel and ASRS operators to support plant operations, shipping, and receiving
• Schedule daily staffing levels to ensure productive and cost-effective operational coverage
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
• Administer warehouse safety programs and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
• Manage cycle counting activities and investigate scanning errors or system-related issues to maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper flow and utilization of the ASRS, including input conveyors and outfeeds
• Enforce all warehouse systems, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and workforce management activities

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Logistics Management, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience working with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to read, write, and understand cGMPs and SOPs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
