Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse activities including order processing, receiving, and shipping
• Lead daily receiving, picking, order processing, and cycle counting operations
• Ensure warehouse associates perform tasks correctly and efficiently while adhering to ISO procedures
• Train new hires and ensure compliance with all warehouse processes
• Communicate daily with Warehouse Management regarding operational issues
• Assist with special projects such as capacity planning and new stock projects
• Become a power user of Warehouse Management Systems and Warehouse Conveyance Systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience leading people in a distribution environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively and climb ladders
• Willingness to learn forklift operation
