Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Lead the afternoon shift, including daily pre-starts, shift handovers, and operational briefings
• Drive on-time, in-full delivery performance for all outbound orders
• Allocate labour, equipment, and dock resources to meet fluctuating volumes
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, and workflows to identify and remove bottlenecks
• Manage real-time operational issues such as delays or equipment breakdowns
• Ensure full compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, and site procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including dispatch, inventory, and labour planning
• Hands-on experience with WMS or SAP, labour management systems, and RF scanning
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• A strong safety mindset with experience enforcing compliance and procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both floor teams and office stakeholders

• Experience working in regulated environments
• Experience handling dangerous goods
