Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory and stock control
- Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain processes to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure high levels of organization and attention to detail in all warehouse activities
- Solve operational problems and manage workflows under pressure
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management roles
- Solid knowledge of inventory processes, stock control, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- Ability to lift heavy loads and maintain good physical condition
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operator certification
