Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team performance through training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and meet KPIs
• Ensure safe operations and maintain a healthy environment for all employees and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Maintain inventory integrity, ensure shipment accuracy, and manage the product locator system
• Implement continuous improvement action plans and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Must possess required identification documentation (Photocopy Identification and Birth Certificate or Passport)
