Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise the unloading of inbound shipments and the staging of outbound shipments to ensure quality and productivity
• Develop and implement programs to promote a strong site safety culture for all personnel and equipment
• Manage workforce planning and daily staff scheduling to ensure adequate resources for all tasks
• Resolve customer shipping and receiving issues and handle conflict resolution
• Analyze reports to ensure the profitability of customer accounts
• Communicate daily with the workforce through regular shift briefs
• Verify inbound and outbound paperwork with drivers to ensure accurate product counts

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• High School diploma, High School equivalent, or Technical degree
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) technologies
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
