Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including deliveries, unpacking, and supplier liaison
• Maintain accurate stock control, inventory rotation, and regular stock takes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment following health and safety regulations
• Monitor product dates to uphold high hygiene standards and manage waste/recycling
• Guarantee a 100% picking rate for next-day deliveries and perform final quality checks
• Provide driver cover for deliveries, including early starts from 4:30 AM
• Manage security assets such as keys, fobs, and access systems
• Perform regular vehicle checks and coordinate fleet repairs when necessary

Requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and comfortable with early morning starts
