Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including ordering, picking, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Ensure proper execution of all policies regarding picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and implement product loss control measures.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile floor counts with shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company safety codes and standards established by OSHA and the FDA.
• Oversee maintenance and inspection practices for equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years of experience analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule starting at 4:00 am, with flexibility for weekend work as needed.
