Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including picking, receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Ensure proper execution of all policies regarding inventory management and packing.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and implement product loss control measures.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile floor counts with shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company safety codes, OSHA, and FDA standards.
• Oversee maintenance and inspection of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years of experience analyzing data to identify process improvements.
