Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees using a servant leadership approach
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement in workflow and space utilization
• Implement and sustain standard work, visual controls, and 5S practices to improve efficiency
• Ensure timely receipt, put-away, and shipment of parts in line with production and customer schedules
• Drive performance improvement KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams
• Support and manage a union or represented workforce professionally and consistently
• Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution experience OR
• Master's degree with 1+ year of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution experience OR
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
• Ability to work variable shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience working with represented or unionized workforces
• Proven success in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with change management and performance coaching
