Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Configure devices, pick, pack, and ship customer and internal orders accurately and on time
• Prepare shipping labels and ensure packages are properly packed and documented
• Maintain inventory accuracy, receive incoming shipments, and perform regular stock checks
• Receive and inspect returned items, restocking or flagging them based on condition
• Act as the day-to-day point person for warehouse activities and assign daily tasks
• Train new team members on basic warehouse procedures and follow established workflows

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping environment in a supervisory role
• Ability to perform hands-on physical work throughout the day
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in Commack, NY, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
