Warehouse Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse layout and storage areas considering item turnover, size, and weight
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
• Assign duties to staff and examine work for accuracy and policy conformance
• Advise employees on equipment use, item preservation, and handling methods
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a harmonious work environment
• Resolve personnel issues and manage day-to-day warehouse operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-4 years of relevant, job-related experience
• Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
