Warehouse Supervisor Iberia

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control and inventory management to ensure correct supply for the Respiratory Therapies business across the Iberian region
• Coordinate with international suppliers and lead negotiations to secure necessary supplies
• Manage the central warehouse, analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental objectives within the area of influence
• Prepare KPI reports, consumption data, and expense reports to measure established SLAs
• Supervise administrative and logistics personnel and maintain relationships with Iberian stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date material and asset information within SAP master data
• Oversee audit processes and implement corrective actions resulting from audits
• Participate in digitalization and automation processes to support the company's digital transformation

Requirements

• University degree (Master's in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience managing administrative and logistics personnel
• At least 3 years of experience managing both internal and external warehouses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong knowledge of SAP (experience with other ERPs is a plus)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation
