Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities
• Assign and supervise warehouse shipments including LTL, shuttle, and common carrier
• Schedule and supervise production activities such as container preparation and bulk receipts
• Lead daily safety, housekeeping, and compliance efforts (DOT, RCRA, EHS)
• Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO rotation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse operators while promoting accountability
• Track key performance indicators for safety, quality, and productivity
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and driving corrective actions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, production, or chemical handling
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training
• Supervisory or lead experience
• Working knowledge of DOT/RCRA, EHS, and chemical handling requirements
• Experience with business systems
