Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Train new hires and staff on warehouse processes and documentation
• Oversee receiving, put-away, inventory storage, and outbound processes for raw and finished food products
• Manage daily and weekly work schedules to support volume and service levels
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize inbound/outbound schedules and reduce OTIF issues
• Drive weekly pre-shift meetings and promote inventory accuracy and loss prevention
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and product damage

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment, ideally with food products
• Fork-lift certification required
• Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods
• Strong math and unit of measure conversion skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with WMS or D365
