Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse team during night shift to ensure tasks are executed safely and properly
• Manage receiving activities, including WMS compliance, dock maintenance, and product integrity
• Coordinate issuing product to production, ensuring correct quantities and locations via WMS
• Manage shipping processes, including pallet documentation, logistics coordination, and outbound loading
• Supervise warehouse personnel, managing attendance, performance evaluations, and training
• Maintain a safety-first environment and ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety systems (SQF)
• Execute shift handoffs and coordinate with other departments for deliveries and pickups

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience in a leadership role
• Experience supervising at least 10-15 employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems for data entry
• Ability to use handheld data logging equipment
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to become certified on P.I.T. equipment within 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles
