Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, replenishment, staging, shipping, and inventory movement
• Monitor warehouse floor activity to identify workflow bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse leads and associates through strong floor presence
• Ensure proper inventory scanning, location discipline, and ERP/WMS process compliance
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and inventory control efforts
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, forklift traffic flow, and floor organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or warehouse supervisor experience
• Experience supervising employees in fast-paced distribution or logistics environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflow, inventory control, receiving, picking, and shipping
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor with hands-on involvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving warehouse organization or operational workflow
• Experience leading operational change or process improvement initiatives
• Forklift or cherry picker operational knowledge
• Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, 5S, and KPIs
