Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food-grade warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel while managing labor utilization and productivity
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GWP, HACCP, SQF, and FDA regulations
• Maintain warehouse organization, sanitation, and audit-ready facility standards
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, and shipping accuracy
• Manage inventory through cycle counts, physical inventories, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with quality assurance, transportation, and production departments

Requirements

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including refrigerated areas
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of warehouse experience in food processing or distribution
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF Smart
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and FDA food safety standards
• Forklift certification
• High school diploma or GED
