Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and output standards
• Develop and enable team members through regular coaching, feedback, and formal development plans
• Drive continuous improvement in team capability and performance to meet business targets
• Manage personnel matters including disciplinary actions, absence management, and grievance procedures
• Identify and resolve real-time issues using robust problem-solving processes and CAPA protocols
• Utilize SAP and Workday to manage performance data and administrative tasks
• Support tiered accountability meetings by providing accurate data and following through on action items

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
• At least three years of experience in a similar supervisory position

• Prior experience in logistics
