Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse receiving and picking activities to ensure efficient operations
• Perform duties of a storeman for inbound and outbound teams, including receiving goods and picking shop orders
• Work with Site Leadership and area managers to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Lead process improvement and waste reduction projects across functional areas such as Materials Management and Quality Assurance
• Participate in fostering a culture of continuous innovation and change acceptance throughout the site

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience in process reengineering, project management, or quantitative analysis
• Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in relevant fields
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Experience in quantitative analysis and modeling
• Significant large-scale project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal project management training
• Master Black Belt certification
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to present to Executive and Senior Management
