Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure reception and supply processes for medication mixtures and total parenteral nutrition are executed according to current regulations and established timelines.
• Verify adherence to quality standards, quality manuals, and current regulations for the preparation of sterile mixtures.
• Supervise the correct use and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Manage personnel-related activities and warehouse staff.
• Optimize resources to ensure high-quality service for both internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse process management and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and/or mixing centers (NOM 059, 249, ISO 9000).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level, including pivot tables and formulas).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
