Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage internal logistics and warehouse operations for complex plant operations, ensuring stock availability and monitoring inventory levels.
• Oversee automated and linked storage systems, including radio-supported processes and maintenance of operating equipment.
• Supervise incoming goods inspections for damage and completeness, and manage the dispatch of finished goods to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead high-complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspectives, ensuring the implementation of corporate standard processes.
• Manage personnel deployment, including hiring, performance evaluation, training, and professional development of the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental protection, and import/export regulations.
• Optimize warehouse utilization and develop warehousing models to respond to changing business volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a logistics-related major.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• 3+ years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with automotive experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating SAP, ERP, or similar management systems.
• Strong command of warehouse knowledge, including familiarity with automation and digitalization.
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, leadership ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
