Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage internal logistics and warehouse operations for complex plant environments, ensuring stock availability and monitoring inventory levels.
• Oversee automated and linked storage systems, including radio-supported processes and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise incoming goods inspections for damage and completeness, and coordinate with logistics planning for supplier quality management.
• Guarantee timely material supply to production departments and manage the dispatch of finished goods and assemblies.
• Lead high-complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspectives, ensuring the implementation of corporate standard processes.
• Manage personnel deployment, including hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, and training of the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental protection, and import/export regulations.
• Optimize warehouse utilization and develop warehousing models to respond to changing business volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (logistics-related major preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• 3+ years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience within the manufacturing industry; automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating SAP, ERP, or similar management systems.
• Strong command of warehouse knowledge, including familiarity with automation and digitalization.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and logical thinking skills.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
