Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods to ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently
• Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming products before stocking or distribution
• Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure maximum profitability and conduct periodic inventory counts
• Manage warehouse layout and storage processes, including FIFO and picking/kitting
• Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 direct reports
• Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence
• Maintain equipment files and oversee the ordering of necessary warehouse supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 10–15 direct reports
• Experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (such as BAAN or similar)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with material receiving, storage (FIFO), and inventory management
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to maintain schedule flexibility
