Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Direct daily department activities to meet production goals and ensure manufacturing feasibility
• Identify labor needs, conduct recruiting activities, and implement staff training and coaching
• Manage space planning, project follow-up, and turnover reviews
• Administer safety programs to maintain a safe and clean workplace
• Forecast operating costs and direct the preparation of budget requests
• Generate productivity reports and other key operations metrics
• Maintain compliance with company policies and apply LEAN manufacturing concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3 years of operations experience
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and presentation packages
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically v-lookups and pivot tables
• Strong people management skills with the ability to direct teams and resolve roadblocks
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts as needed for training or backup support
