Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Direct daily department activities to meet production goals and maintain compliance with company policies
• Manage labor needs, including recruiting, interviewing, training, and coaching staff
• Forecast operating costs and assist in the preparation of budget requests
• Administer safety programs to ensure a safe and clean workplace for all employees
• Generate productivity reports and other key operations metrics
• Apply LEAN manufacturing concepts to improve efficiency and space planning
• Coordinate with management and production to determine manufacturing feasibility and customer demand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 1 year of operations experience
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and presentation packages
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with v-lookups and pivot tables
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to work the specified shift (11:00 pm - 07:15 am, Sun-Thu) and flexibility to support other shifts for training
