Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for associates
• Supervise and coordinate the unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness regarding both product and paperwork
• Manage warehouse space effectively to ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Maintain inventory integrity and confirm that cycle counts are completed regularly
• Ensure warehouse security and the safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents to management

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery
• Proven experience in inventory control processes and inventory management
• Material Handling Equipment Certification
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
• Excellent judgment, decision-making abilities, and communication skills
