Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations end to end, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Lead, coach, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive productivity and accuracy
• Set and monitor performance metrics such as throughput, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system controls
• Forecast and order shipping supplies, including cold chain materials like frozen gel packs
• Ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements and internal quality standards
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery timelines for warehousing and shipping partners
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a powered stacker

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience
• Proven success leading teams in a metrics-driven or regulated environment
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology (WMS, scanners)
• Track record of process improvement and building SOPs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving packages, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply forecasting or materials planning experience
• Experience operating powered material handling equipment (stacker, pallet jack)
• Experience with cold chain handling, controlled substances, or healthcare/pharmacy compliance
