Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including loading and unloading of trailers
• Supervise operators and ensure accurate receipt confirmations and data entry
• Manage shipping documentation, manifests, and BOLs
• Secure transportation for finished goods outbound to customers
• Monitor inventory levels for ambient, chilled, and raw materials
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness
• Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and inspected
• Manage cycle count programs and report fulfillment activity
• Handle employee supervision, including discipline and shift coverage
• Maintain customer and supplier relationships through timely communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a leadership function
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks like reaching and bending
• Ability to work in environments with air conditioning and coolers at 35F
