Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff in receiving, shipping, and storing goods following SOPs and safety regulations
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock transfers, and reconciliations
• Train warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety, and systems
• Coordinate material movements and transfers with Planning, Production, and Supply Chain departments
• Enforce OH&S compliance and report workplace hazards
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and employee effectiveness
• Optimize storage space utilization and implement process improvements
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate data entry in inventory systems using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Availability to work weekend schedules and in cold facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or licenses with Lean Six Sigma
