Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the warehouse team to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Oversee material receiving, storage, and proper paperwork completion
• Supervise routing, loading, and preparation of orders for shipment and delivery
• Maintain driver abstracts and forklift certifications
• Schedule maintenance for delivery vehicles and material handling equipment
• Recommend purchases for new warehouse equipment
• Safeguard Profit Centre assets including buildings, fleet, and inventory
• Resolve delivery complaints and receiving disputes

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse management and team supervision experience
• Minimum 2 years of material handling experience
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
