Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive dispatch excellence by overseeing order picking to meet time targets and leading the dispatch area
• Manage inventory rigour, including unloading deliveries, ensuring product location accuracy, and managing date rotations
• Maintain operational standards by ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe through regular H&S checks
• Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure smooth site operations and adherence to procedures
• Take ownership of stock integrity by ensuring 100% accuracy across all designated counting areas

Requirements

• Operational experience in FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery
• Proven track record of hitting performance KPIs, such as pick times or dispatch targets
• Natural leadership skills with a passion for motivating and coaching team members
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to improve site operations and resolve challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
