Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs
• Establish warehouse layout and truck loading patterns to minimize loading times and guarantee proper stock rotation
• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse employees
• Manage operations within budgetary and operational guidelines
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company policies to maintain health, safety, and security standards
• Implement processes to improve overall productivity, quality, and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Operations, or Logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks
• Forklift certification
