Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily distribution center operations, managing labour resources and processing teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee DC processing teams across both AM and PM shifts to achieve processing targets and service levels
• Actively lead the daily development, training, and coaching of team members in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping within the warehouse environment
• Provide guidance, support, and a continual improvement mindset to the team
• Assist with daily service level reporting to the broader business
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to team leadership and culture building

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisor role within a fast-paced distribution or warehousing environment
• Valid Forklift license (essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
• Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF scanning technology
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and team coaching
