Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound inventory levels.
• Supervise a team of 15 to 20 employees, including task assignment, performance evaluations, hiring, and training.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment.
• Collaborate with customer service and cross-functional teams to align schedules and priorities.
• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Exercise independent judgment regarding day-to-day task prioritization and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent technical training and experience).
• Minimum 4 years of proven warehouse management experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety regulations.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other locations in Canada, the US, or Mexico.
