Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and OTIF.
• Manage and coordinate a core team of 8 employees, including temporary staff during high-season peaks.
• Act as the primary contact for warehouse operations for stakeholders in Demand Planning, Accounting, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with BIC safety regulations, ADR procedures, and health and safety instructions.
• Oversee stock accuracy, including inbound stock integration, inventory levels between JDE and WMS, and mid-year/end-year stock takes.
• Optimize warehouse efficiency by evaluating picking paths and order preparation processes.
• Monitor warehouse performance, manage claims, and ensure all department targets and KPIs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people with the ability to build strong team dynamics.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Previous project management experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
