Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily afternoon shift warehouse operations (2:00pm – 10:00pm) to deliver safe, efficient, and productive outcomes.
• Drive team performance for approximately 45–50 members through coaching, development, and effective people leadership.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, and behavioral matters while maintaining high team engagement.
• Promote a safety-first culture through regular observations, incident management, and strict compliance activities.
• Coordinate labor and resources to achieve operational targets and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the multi-user environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to lead large teams.
• Experience managing operational performance and achieving KPI outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and intermediate Excel skills.
