Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for the afternoon shift, focusing on inbound/outbound processes and transport coordination.
• Schedule and manage warehouse teams and resources to meet productivity KPIs in a high-volume environment.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Engage directly with on-site personnel to ensure motivation, training, and task competence.
• Manage on-site occupational health and safety policies, including injury management and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in using WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards, COR compliance, and company policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
