Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and delivery of site commercial plans
• Lead and coach Supply Officers to ensure optimal stock availability
• Monitor stock in accordance with the Supply Chain plan and business policies
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective warehouse delivery

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of supply personnel
• S1, S2, S3, and G2 qualifications
• Proactive safety management track record
• Experience in operational planning within an underground mining environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, develop talent, and influence others
• Stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the mining industry
• Understanding of coal mining equipment
• Experience with SAP systems
