Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and production teams to maximize production capabilities
• Coordinate human and material resources to meet target dates and quality requirements
• Train, assist, evaluate, and discipline staff to achieve productivity and quality goals
• Report technical issues, troubleshoot, and follow up on maintenance progress
• Compile and analyze production data and generate reports
• Plan formation needs and follow up on employee training and evaluation
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards and policies

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environment
