Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods warehouse operations using established controls and procedures to ensure accurate inventory accounting.
• Oversee human resources within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with internal work regulations to optimize operational results.
• Ensure the correct use of material resources, including facilities and operational equipment like forklifts.
• Maintain industrial safety standards to keep the work area in optimal condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in warehouse management.
• Experience managing high-volume operations, including more than 60 trailers daily.
• Proven experience managing teams of 40+ personnel, including experience with payroll systems.
• Experience collaborating and working with labor unions.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouses exceeding 10,000m2.
• Experience managing inventory levels exceeding 10,000 pallets.
