Warehouse Storeperson

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure accurate distribution
• Manage warehouse operations including coaching, rostering, and motivating staff
• Check delivery sheets and ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods
• Load trucks and manage the physical flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service when liaising with customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Current Forklift, Driver's, and Pickers licenses (preferred)
