Warehouse Storeperson

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and allocate large volumes of incoming stock while reporting discrepancies
• Ensure goods are carefully handled and strategically placed within the racking system
• Perform accurate picking, labelling, and packing of orders for dispatch
• Load and unload stock from trucks and vehicles
• Manage stock movements through periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Liaise with customers and Sales & Service Support Co-ordinators professionally
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse environment
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of stock as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in warehousing or distribution
• Valid Driver's License
• Forklift license
• Ability to perform heavy, safe lifting and manual handling
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet strict deadlines under pressure
• White card or Picker license is desirable but not essential
