Warehouse Storeperson

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and allocate large volumes of incoming stock, reporting any discrepancies
• Ensure goods are carefully handled and stored strategically to maximize space and minimize damage
• Perform accurate picking, labelling, and packing of orders for dispatch
• Load and unload stock from trucks and vehicles
• Manage stock movements through periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Liaise with customers and Sales & Service Support Co-ordinators professionally
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse environment
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of stock as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in warehousing or distribution
• Valid Forklift license
• Full valid Driver’s License
• Strong manual handling capability and ability to perform heavy lifting
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks under pressure
