Warehouse Specialist (Shipping)

Responsibilities

• Confirm and accept materials into inventory and label packages for storage or transportation
• Retrieve products based on pick sheet instructions and verify orders against pull sheets
• Prepare items for shipment by boxing, generating shipping labels, and maintaining delivery records
• Process returned goods, documenting damages and discrepancies before restocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area
• Support cycle count inventories and adhere to quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS 9100/9120)
• Assist in resolving shipping challenges and addressing customer concerns

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a standing posture for extended durations
• Proficiency in operating personal computers and handling materials equipment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Fundamental mathematical proficiency equivalent to a high school level
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Availability for overtime and weekend work as required

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
