Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and daily write-off of raw materials within SAP
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of auxiliary materials, including full documentation
• Record and track production waste removals, including quantities and frequency
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization within assigned warehouse areas
• Collaborate closely with the purchasing department
• Coordinate shift assignments for internal transport drivers and crane operators, including managing attendance and approving leave
• Monitor and record mandatory training in cooperation with the HR department
• Propose and implement improvements to warehouse processes and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management (receipt, issuance, inventory, and documentation)
• Proficiency in using SAP
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and a responsible approach to tasks
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and proactively
• A desire to identify more efficient processes and simpler ways of working
• English language skills are an advantage
